Founders Family Medicine Hours

Founders Family Medical Center appointments are scheduled routinely from 8 am to 5 pm.

Founders Family Urgent Care operates by scheduling patients in urgent care appointment slots from 8 am to 8 pm and weekend hours. In high patient volume times, our urgent care schedule will fill and we will close to further appointments. We are happy to assist you in finding an appointment the next day, or directing you to another treatment facility as needed.

We are able to provide after-hours access for our established patients who are assigned to a Founders Family Medicine provider within our clinic.  If you are not established with us, or have only seen us for urgent care in the past, we encourage you to contact your primary care provider for their assistance.  Our on-call provider is available by following the after-hours phone tree prompts.  Kindly reserve these calls for emergencies that cannot wait for routine business hours.  Please note that communication through the patient portal is intended for routine, non-urgent and non-emergent communications only.
