Dr. Andi Kleinert is a Colorado native with her medical education from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and residency training at St. Anthony’s Family Medicine Residency. She arrives at Founders Family Medicine and Urgent Care after an extended practice in the southern Denver area. Her outpatient medical practice spans the newborn through geriatric population inclusive of preventative medicine, disease management and urgent care. Dr. Kleinert is trained in women’s Colposcopy through the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and remains current and active with Advanced Cardiac and Basic Life Support. Her current associations include Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert County Medical Society, the Colorado Medical Society and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. John Campbell grew up in western Pennsylvania and attended the University of Pittsburgh for undergraduate training and medical school. His residency training took place at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Air Force brought him to Colorado in 1999 where he spent four years at Peterson AFB in Colorado Springs. He was deployed to Turkey serving as an urgent care physician. In 2003, he separated from the Air Force and entered private practice in Littleton, Colorado. He has been with Founders Family Medical Center since August of 2006. Dr. Campbell enjoys the wide range of patients that family medicine provides and has a special interest in preventive medicine and men’s health issues. His current associations are the Colorado Medical Society, Arapahoe-Douglas-Elbert Medical Society, American Academy of Family Physicians and the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians. In his personal time, he enjoys his family and skiing whenever possible.
Mr. Cerullo is a native New Yorker transplanted to Colorado in 1996. He received a Bachelors in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Troy, N.Y.) and Masters in Health Sciences from George Washington University (Washington D.C..). Anthony is a National Health Service Corps Scholar moving to Colorado to finish his scholarship obligation. This obligation was for two years serving in a Health Professional Shortage Area (Rocky Ford, Colorado and the Federal Correctional Center). He completed his obligation in 1999 and since then has been dedicated to family practice and trauma medicine in the rural communities surrounding Idaho Springs and the last few years in the southwest Denver region. He enjoys most areas of medicine including geriatric, internal medicine, sports medicine, urgent care, trauma and annual Physicals.
Ms. Hoekstra grew up in rural Iowa and lived in upstate New York and Minnesota before coming to Colorado in 1994. After a fifteen year career in business, she decided to pursue her dream of working in medicine. She received her undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2003. Her certificate in Physician Assistant studies was awarded in 2007 from the University of Colorado Health Science Center which included a Child Health Associate certification recognized by the state of Colorado. In 2009, she was awarded a Master of Science from the University of Colorado Health Science Center. She enjoys many areas of medicine, with a particular interest in urgent care, internal medicine and geriatrics.
Ms. Beane is a Colorado native, she also graduated from Douglas County High School.
After high school she went on to the University of Northern Colorado graduating with a bachelors degree in Biomedical Sciences and minors in Chemistry and Psychology. Ms. Beane then attended Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona for her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.
Her interests include, preventative medicine, urgent care and women’s health.
Dr. Simon is a board certified Pediatrician and a member of the American College of Pediatrician and has subspecialty training in Adolescent Medicine. He obtained his medical degree from Temple University Health Sciences Center in Philadelphia and is the founder of a Pediatric medical practice in the greater Denver Area. His loves in medicine include newborn baby care, common childhood illness, asthma, sports medicine/injuries, sprain and fracture care, surgical procedures (such as lacerations, skin lesions, wart removal, ingrown nails) and diagnosing and treating children with ADD/ADHD and mild emotional/behavioral disorders. He sees patients from the newborn age through age 21. Dr. Simon and his wife live in the foothills of Sedalia and have five children and one grandchild.
